Our workshops, as part of our compressor service, carry out a ‘zero’ hour reconditioning process of Z screw rotors, also applying new screws if necessary.We are able to recondition any oil-free compressor element on the market.
Our work includes:
- Screws replacement for pumping units of any size
- Sanding and dimensional checks for large pumping units
- Blasting cylinder
- Painting with our special Teflon RS coating and drying
- Remounting the element with replacement of bearings, seals and gaskets
- Worn springs replacement
- Wearing gears replacement
- Replacement of balancing diaphragm
- Replacement of coated screws inside the pumping unit
- Testing the compression elementThe test benches are connected to control devices and flow meters, where the results are displayed and analysed. Upon completion, a report on the element’s performance is issued.
