Our workshops, as part of the compressor servicing offering, carry out a zero-hour reconditioning process on Z screw rotors, applying new screws where necessary. We are able to recondition any oil-free compression element available on the market.
Our operations include:
- Screw replacement for pump units of any size
- Sandblasting and dimensional checks for large-sized pump units
- Cylinder sandblasting
- Coating with our special RS Teflon coating and drying
- Reassembly of the element with replacement of bearings, seals and gaskets
- Replacement of worn springs
- Replacement of worn gears
- Replacement of the balancing membrane
- Installation of coated screws inside the pump unit
- Compression element testing. Test benches are connected to monitoring devices and flow meters, where results are displayed and analysed. Upon completion of the work, a performance report on the element is issued.
