At our facilities in Rome and Aprilia (RM), we perform “zero-hour” overhauls on screw and piston machines, both lubricated and oil-free, as well as blowers and vacuum pumps.
Our sites are equipped with in-house machine tools for the restoration or reconstruction of missing or damaged parts. Upon completion of the operations, the overhauled machines undergo testing to certify their performance using our test bench, which is equipped with a flow meter, SPM instrument, and thermal imaging camera.
We are capable of converting fixed-speed (on-off) machines into variable-speed machines through the application of inverters and the legal recertification of the new devices. We perform zero-hour overhauls on compressors and pumps from all brands available on the market.
