Riem Italy is a company specialized in the reconditioning of machinery, especially regarding oil-free pumping units which represent the heart of a compressor. They are designed to guarantee maximum efficiency and high-level performance and can also be used for the housings of ATLAS COPCO Z-series machines. The company has also created new oil-free compression stages with CE certified elements complying with TÜV regulations. The pumping elements can also be used for latest generation oil-free category machines.
Production of heat exchangers for Z-Series compressors
Riem Italy deals with the production of heat exchangers for Z-Series compressors. The company specializes both in the overhaul and “as new” construction of tube bundles that can be used in various fields such as industrial compressors, lubrication oil cooling turbines, and engines. The material we use for their construction is AISI 444 steel or, upon request, AISI 316/L steel. We also handle design, analysis, and the testing phase.
Overhaul and reconstruction of MD drums We have specialized in the zero-hour reconditioning of MD series dryers. Thanks to the professionalism and experience of our technical team and the use of proven quality materials, we are able to produce alternative elements to OEM ones with equal performance.
