Production of oil-free screw units
Riem Italy is a company specialising in the reconditioning of machines, particularly with regard to oil-free pump units, which represent the core of a compressor. They are designed to guarantee maximum efficiency and high-level performance, and can also be used for the housings of ATLAS COPCO Z series machines. The company has also developed new oil-free compression stages with CE-certified elements compliant with TÜV regulations. The pump units can also be used for the latest generation of oil-free machines.
Production of heat exchangers for Z Series compressors
Riem Italy handles the production of heat exchangers for Z Series compressors. The company specialises in both the overhaul and the “as-new” reconstruction of tube bundles, which can be used in various fields such as industrial compressors, lubrication oil cooling turbines and engines. The material we use for their construction is AISI 444 steel or, upon request, AISI 316/L steel
