New compressor station and compressed air distribution system for Porcarelli

RIEM Italy recently installed a new compressed air plant along with an air treatment plant and distribution line using the latest technology available. This plant consists of two powerful lubricated screw electrocompressors with an output of 75 kW, combined with two refrigeration cycle dryers. The choice of the CECCATO brand, a benchmark in the Italian compressed air machinery market for decades, was essential to ensure a high quality and reliability of the plant.

The plant was supplied to feed a specialized waste recycling plant located in the south-central region of Italy. This plant is considered one of the most advanced in its field in the area and offers its services to the capital and its surroundings. The user has chosen to rent the following assets, which are the property of the renter and are in perfect working and maintenance condition: the serial numbers of the rented assets are DRD 75 bar 10, complete with ES 4000 TOUCH (8158029218), DRD 75 IVR PM (8158052384), CDX 240 (4102003000), Filters F 255 G (8102855573), Filter F 255 C (8102855591), Water and oil separator FOD 469 (8102046875), Galvanized tank 900lt. 11 BAR (3053171990026).

State-of-the-art compressed air distribution risers made of extruded aluminum pipe with a diameter of 2\” were added to the new power plant. This solution allows optimal flow of compressed air to the points of use, minimizing pressure losses and ensuring efficient distribution.

The entire system was supplied using the long-term rental formula. This solution ensures continuous and safe production activity for the user. In addition, CECCATO and RIEM Italy have entered into a special agreement offering full service for a period of 5 years. During this period, all major parts of the machines are covered by warranty in case of failure.
