Novembre 17, 2016
TheAFTERCOOLER ZR 3 – 1202244300belongs to the Z series from market leader Atlas Copco.
Riem Italytherefore gives you access to the highest quality products, backed by a unique industry guarantee from Atlas Copco, a benchmarkfor absolute reliability.
All Atlas Copco ZR products comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
In general, there are two principles of air (or gas) compression:volumetric compression and dynamic compression. During compression, the air is collected in one or more compression chambers which gradually “lose” volume, thereby compressing the air. When the pressure has reached the appropriate value, the air is released and discharged. This is a typical “operation” of volumetric compression. Dynamic compression, on the other hand, differs in that it uses a diffuser where kinetic energy is transformed into static energy thanks to the compression itself.
Our coolers exploit both characteristics and, in particular, the AFTERCOOLER ZR 3 – 1202244300uses the latest technologies in terms of cooling and pulsation dampers to ensure maximum reliability and stability at all times.
The Atlas Copco coolers available from Riem Italy are both water-cooled (HD) andair-cooled (TD), and both produce air at a temperature suitable for most dryers.
100% oil-free compressed air
AFTERCOOLER ZR 3 delivers 100% purified and filtered air, in accordance with ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010) certifications. Oil-free is a fundamental feature of the latest generation of compressors. In addition to complying with ISO certifications, oil-free compressors also offer improved performance, are very fast, and guarantee greater energy efficiency due to reduced internal losses.
The rotors do not come into contact with each other and lubrication never takes place inside the compression chamber, which is why the compressed air is completely oil-free.
Maximum energy efficiency
The oil-free screw elements of the ZR provide the optimal combination of free air delivery (FAD) with the lowest possible energy consumption.
